Current Relay
AL-1

Relay AL-1 is intended for using in the AC circuits of the relay protection and emergency control system as a unit which reacts on current increase in the controlled circuit.
Average main error of actuating current in any digitized point of a scale doesn't exceed 5% of a setting for the AL-1 relay.
Current variation (calculated as a percentage of the average value of the actuating current) must not exceed 2,5 %.

Main parameters
Rated supply voltage: | AC 110, 220 V DC 100, 220 V |
Relay actuating time, not more than: at current value 1,2 Iaverage / 3 Iaverage | 0,05 / 0,03 s |
Quantity/type of the contacts | 1 make contact and 1 break contact |
Electrical endurance, not less | 20 000 cycles |
Mechanical durability, not less | 100 000 cycles |
Accuracy class | 5 |
Reset factor, not less | 0,9 |
Protection level: relay / terminal board | IP40 / IP10 |
Operating temperature range | –40...+55 ˚С |

Allowable limits of operational supply voltage are within 0,8 … 1,1 of nominal one.
Disconnection time of the make contact of the relay at reduction of the measured current makes:
- from 1,2 Iaverage to zero, not more than 0,06 s;
- - from 3,0 Iaverage to zero, not more than 0,1 s.
The relay false actuating doesn’t take place under condition of switching on/off supply voltage and short-term disappearance of supply voltage. At the same time value of the measured current which is fed on the relay can be in the range from 0 to 80% of value of an actuating setting.
The relay AL-1 provides the commutation of the electric loads at the current (not more than 2 A) and AC/DC voltage (from 24 to 250 V) with power:
- in DC circuit: 60 W at t≤0,005 s and not more than 30 W at t≤0,02 s;
- in AC circuit: not more than 300 VA at cosφ ≤ 0,5.
